All rooms have tea and coffee-making facilities, hairdryer and the single room has it’s own vanity unit and wash-basin.   

Full English or Continental breakfast is served in the dining room/lounge and guests are welcome to sit in this room which opens directly onto the rear garden, or they may wish to sit outside on the patio, weather permitting. 

Evening meals are available, by prior arrangement and all diets are catered for.
